[TYPO3-dev] how to desactivate password fields ?

Hi,

I use ldap_lib and ldap_server to authenticated my FE and BE users on 
Active Directoy. It works.


In BE, I would like to desactivate all password field.
Easy for FE users with TCEFORM.fe_users.password.disabled = 1

Is there a way to do the same for BE users because there is no Page 
TSConfig on root page.


With TYPO 4.2, I would like to use the startup module fonction in User 
setup. But how to desactivate the "new password" feature in User setup ?
