[TYPO3-dev] Fake $TSFE abd cObj for links

The other idea is to clean links function (tslib_cObj::typolink and
t3lib_tstemplate::linkData).
They seems very old, and their roles are not really defined...
linkData is meant to build the link, but it don't create cHash...
