That could be a solution. But the mechanism to build the cache must be 
available to call when the cache is emptied as it is bound to be at some 
either (either because cache is cleared in typo3conf or cache files are 
deleted manually).

Hmm... whole is thing is getting more complicated than it seemed at 
first :-)
