Have you actually tried? :) It is free while beta. When it is out, there will be a protection code inside. For now you can just install and use it. I think it is time-limited (till end of year or so) but still free. By "15% discount" they mean that if you pay now, it will be cheaper then if you buy it when it is out of beta.
