[TYPO3-dev] login mode

Hey Steffen,

depends on how you look at it I guess.
basicly you deny a FE user to be logged in on a specific page or branch.

However the resulting effect is that page can be send from cache again,
that the page comes out of cache is not a direct result of that setting.

So the name is 'ok' but could be better,
but a better description would be nice.
