Hi,

after some discussions with several devs it's still unclear what this option 
really do.
First it's kind of "universal not understanding" label. Then it has three 
options (empty/enabled/disabled) but in core used as boolean.

Last but not least there is one sentence in

Looking to code i didn't understood the concept from there. Does anybody 
knows what it used fore and where the connection to "Cache-Control Headers" 
is?
