[TYPO3-dev] New Icon-div in 4.2dev

Hi,

I don't know who did this new feature. It's really great feature to have the 
icons at top of browser while scrolling.

A little issue: while editing records there is space missing for the div.
e.g. path text on top is behind the div, may be path info could be 
integrated in the next line?
there was also one view where select boxes was behind the div too.
