[TYPO3-dev] X's become underscore _ when using UTF8filesystem = 1

Hi,

	I am not sure is it a bugs here. When I make use of utf8filesystem = 1
in the install tool, I can surely read chinese file named but all the
x's become underscore. For example, text.xls becomes te_t._ls. Any body
can confirm this??
