There was a small typo (*eg*) in the javascript code which prevented the
move button to appear.
I also changed the diff for db_layout a little bit, so that it applies
to TYPO3 Version 4.1 (parts of changeset 1997[1] will be reverted) as well.

I hope that someone who is more into TYPO3 can make this one cleaner and
make it work with IRRE, too. I'm looking forward to it.
