I've also got problem with updating to 4.1.
I used Database Analyzer and Compare tool to create necessary tables, but  
when I tried to update my extensions DB all I've got was more than 10MB of  
SQL errors dump saying that there is a duplicate entry for key 1 in  
cache_extensions table.

What am I doing wrong?
