[TYPO3-dev] class t3lib_loadDBGroup

Hi,

I was looking at the class t3lib_loadDBGroup and I noticed something 
strange. In the function readyForInterface() is the line:

$perms_clause = $GLOBALS['BE_USER']->getPagePermsClause(1);		// For use 
when getting the paths....

The variable $perms_clause isn't used again in the function. Also, when 
I comment out this line, everything still works.

Now my question is: why is this line there?

I am using typo3 4.0.3, but the line is also present in versions 4.0 - 
4.0.4.
