Hi Oliver,

Thanks for taking a look.

I did write Robert Lemke an email, but have yet to hear back from him.

You know, I really don't like the typo3 manuals - I think I need to go into therapy from the number of times I've opened one and been disappointed, confused, or just not found anything useful. The format needs to be changed to promote content over structure and to make editing easier. On top of that, the source of the documentation should be in a public-editable and online place - not a doc file on a server editable by one person. Just because someone makes a good extension does not mean they CAN or WILL write documentation about it. If the documentation is incorrect or missing, the community waits on the extension author.

Hmmm, maybe the docs can converted to some kind of markup (like Markdown) and served from typo3.org - all people with a login can update them, and they can display inline (on the fly) in the extension manager. Much more yummy!

That being said, I'm up for anything I do being included anywhere where it can help people!

And before I forget - wonderful work with the 'inline' type - It is a huge step for Typo3 and I hope the rest of the backend will 'learn' from the usefulness of it.

Cheers to a productive 2007!

Greetings from Innsbruck,
Sudara
