[TYPO3-dev] Best practice for ajax use in BE?

I agree. So I guess I will concentrate on what is to be found in the 
"contrib" directory.

As far as I can tell, mID was just a proposal, but was never implemented 
(at least I can't find any "mID" in the core).

I'm currently looking at Oliver Hader's thesis to try and gather some 
how to experience.

Still, any one with further hints is welcome :-)
