You have to choose to accept "unreviewed" extensions if you want tt_news
bigger 2.2.24. Version 2.5.0 shouldn't be offered if one chose just
"reviewed" extensions, I think this is a bug.

Why 2.2.24 is reviewed and 2.5.0 not is yet another issue.
