[TYPO3-dev] typolink.userFunc just handles first part of Link

Hello,

I just saw that the typolink.userFunc handels only the first part of the 
link.
So e.g. <a href="foo.html>linktext</a> I can't change the linktext but 
this would be quite important for me.

Is there any chance to get to this?
typolink.title.preUserFunc is not an option.

Where in the code is this defined, maybe I can hack something which is 
good for at least myself?
