[TYPO3-dev] user group relations with TCE / mm relations

Salut,

I want to update relations with feusers and fegroups. Is it possible to do
this by TCE? I find a description how to handle files but none to handle MM
relations in:

If it's not possibe with the TCE, what is the recommended way to do this?
Where can I find an easy example.
