[TYPO3-dev] how to add my js-functions to default javascript file?

Hi,

i use 
removeDefaultJs=external
and want to add my own javascript-functions to be added to an external file.

The javascript-function is defined via typoscript, there some values which
have to be dynamic.

can someone help me, how i get my javascript via typoscript into an external
js-file?
