Hi,

$TCA['tt_content']['types']['list']['subtypes_addlist'][$_EXTKEY.'_pi1']='pi_flexform,pages;;12';

change it to

$TCA['tt_content']['types']['list']['subtypes_addlist'][$_EXTKEY.'_pi1']='pi_flexform';
