[TYPO3-dev] need hint for multilingual extension

When you create an extension with the Kickstarter it normalle sets up 
the extension to work perfectly with multiple languages. Just don't 
forget to add an "Additional Language" record in whatever sysfolder or 
page you have all your records saved. It's easy to forget ;)
