[TYPO3-dev] writing into fileadmin from EM on install?

I needed it too while creating templavoila templates. I ended up with 
t3d files, users have to import them manually. It would be nice if EM 
could run custom script (possibly with GUI) on installing/uninstalling 
extensions.
