[TYPO3-dev] Object copy fails, reference works ...

Hi,

playing along with 4.1 Beta 2 I testet the normal way

lib.iconMenu = RECORDS
lib.iconMenu {
 tables = tt_content
 source = 305
 dontCheckPid = 1
 wrap =<h3>Quicklinks</h3>|
}

and in the Template with subpart:

RIGHT {
    10 < lib.iconMenu
}

and this doesn't work, But:
10 =< lib.iconMenu
works !

So is there something new with the objects, or is there a bug or am i 
completly out of space ?
would be fine if someone could give me a hint on that.
