[TYPO3-dev] add custom CSS to module

thanks Steffen..
i got to them (studying the Core API http://typo3.org/fileadmin/typo3api-4.0.0/ )

anyway all those filepaths seems to be relative to the PATH_typo3

now i'm finding the better way to put in a link to a css that exist inside my ext, (and make it work both in local and global installation!)
