[TYPO3-dev] Typo3 4.1.x - Serious Rendering Bugs - What Now?

Dear List,

im not sure where to post this so i try it here because i think it could
be a serious bug/problem within typo3 4.1.x.

I did a install of typo3 4.1.5 on my fedora core 7 linux box:

mysql Ver 14.12 Distrib 5.0.45
php 5.2.4
apache 2.2.6

Extensions:
templavoila
newloginbox

Everything seemed to work fine but after some time the rendering of the
webpage starts to "break". Most obviously it happens with links inserted
with the RTE.

If RTE is enabled an if i try to mark some text an tell it that it is a
internal link it seems ok at first but if i save it a couple of times
the links are gone or they still display correctly in the backend but
are totally broken in the frontend. Sometimes clearing the cache does
help sometimes it helps just for some time.

Another example: if i hit the save button several times then the content
inside the RTE stays the same for a couple of times but suddenly the
content element is messed up in the backend. I did not change a thing. I
just hit the save button for three or four times.

Output seems ok for a while after a fresh install but as more pages get
created and as longer the webpage is active as more likely it is that
the rendering of the content is broken. Most of the times it is broken
in the frontend first and breaks in the backend also after hitting the
save button for some time.

It's such a hard error to track down!

I did install typo3 now at least 6 times,
changed every possible parameter in php.ini,
tried a utf8 setup instead of ansi,
checked httpd.conf 100 times,
deinstalled php eaccelerator,
...

Since i changed nearly all settings in php.ini and tried a lot of things
with the local config of typo3 but in every combination errors came up
again and again, could it be that typo3 4.1.5 is incompatible with my
php or mysql or apache or whatever version?!? And if what version should
i use? Could anything else be the bad guy?

I just don't know where to go from here...
