[TYPO3-dev] Problem with long strings in tt_content (Oracle)

After some troubles the SVN version (0.9.20) now works. I had to
delete all tables and create them over the install tool. Then I
imported all data with a dump. All works fine, all mediumtext-columns
are now well handled CLOBs. So long so good..

I thought.. know I have a problem with the Extension Manager, which
doesn't work fine anymore. If i open an extension to edit its setting
an error occurs. I've just opened a bug report:
