[TYPO3-dev] Marking an extension as obsolete

Hi all,

Two day ago I tried to mark one of my old extensions as obsolete. To 
that effect I changed its status to "obsolete" in ext_emconf.php and 
then uploaded it to TER with a sub-version number increase.

This update was apparently not taken into account by the TER, as the 
current version is still the old one.

Is this not the right way to do it?
