I thought that these features are nice-to-have and should be easier to 
fix than other issues. But fact is I haven't found the time yet.

I have no idea yet ;-) I fear it's all in TCAmain which is not really 
localized at all. But I think it'd be a mixture of page (user?) TS and 
perhaps a HTML template.

Feel free to contact me, but I'm currently not working on an of "my" WS 
bugs. Try making real solutions and I'll help you through the Core 
review process :-)
