[TYPO3-dev] ln10-file is not generated

Oh, one word is missing ;)
Some how a new extension (not in TER) does NOT generate the 
typo3conf/l10n/de/my_ext/locallang_db/de.address_contact.xml, which is 
mentioned in the /typo3temp/llxml/:
