[TYPO3-dev] ln10-file is not generated

Hi,

Some how a new extension (not in TER) does generate the 
typo3conf/l10n/de/my_ext/locallang_db/de.address_contact.xml, which is 
mentioned in the /typo3temp/llxml/:

a:2:{s:8:"origFile";s:96:"typo3conf/ext/my_ext/locallang_db/address_contact.xml|10-12-2007 
13:44:12|version=2.2";s:10:"LOCAL_LANG";a:2:{s:7:"default";N;s:2:"de";s:71:"typo3conf/l10n/de/my_ext/locallang_db/de.address_contact.xml";}}

I already have cleaned the cache, typo3temp-dir and reinstalled the 
extension. But some the language file is not generated.

Any ideas?
