I would like to know how to get easily a bigDoc in DAM instead of the 
default mediumDoc?
My functions is able to register in DAM, if tx_dam is available. Running 
as regular module, i.e. w/o DM, I can just create an instance of bigDoc. 
But I can't figure out so far how to manage that when DAM is there.

Any hints welcome.
