You should not expect much from a free support. It will never be complete. If your company is big enough to buy Oracle licenses, it can probably sponsor someone to fix the bug. It will be cheaper than Oracle licenses I think.

The other choice is to wait for anyone to fix it for free but this may take a lot of time. It is like this everywhere in the world for free support. And it is completely unrelated to being professional or not.

Another thing, of course, is to make a fix and share it with community. This is what core people do as well: during their commercial work they find a problem, fix it and share. Also good thing to do.

These are just ideas, do not be offended, insulted or anything, please.
