this is not true, as the developing process is not in the list but in a
private wiki and in meetings.
Up to T3con there will be a update status process, so all people will see
what is going on.
And the new typo3.org will have a lot of enhancements!
I don't see a chance to make this module right now, may be when the basics
are finished, there are other more important issues atm.
