[TYPO3-dev] BUG in "lib" Extension (last Version)

I just read on the Dutch forum about similar errors regarding to php 5.2.
The explanation there was that multiple extensions are having trouble at
this moment because they are defining $this as a variable in a function
call. If this is the problem here I can not tell, but maybe Jens can tell if
he is using php 5.2?
