I don't think that's the same problem...

tslib_patcher and pp_chashchecker was made to correct some bugs and to
enforce some checks. They don't change the way plugins work, and the way
they should be developped.

By the way, if you want to see an example of plugin calling itself as
USER_INT to handler no-cached parts, you can look the pp_forum extension, or
just visit http://test.popy.sytes.net to see a working example.
