You did hide it pretty well ;)

KB shown tends to be pretty slow (Jive need more resources?) and UI is not
so intuitive. Peter Klein's http://www.typo3wizard.com/en/snippets.html
looks much better, with screenshots and examples, something not possible
with Jive.

BTW, "Support" or "Help" link should be available in upper (orange) menu in 
typo3.org pointing to http://support.typo3.org:8080/jive/index.jspa
