[TYPO3-dev] Strange locallang.xml problem

Hi,

HTML syntax is not allowed inside localang.xml files. Characters like
æ are part of it. But you don't need these as localang.xml files work
fine with utf-8.

So you just have to type your text as is, and make sure your xml file is
saved as utf-8 (and not AINSI). You can do this in dreamweaver by specifying
in the preferences that new files should be created using utf-8 encoding.

Regards

Alban

Create XML-files with lfeditor - it creates proper language files.
Endeed needs PHP 5 - PHP 4 versio doesn't work properly with XML-files.
