[TYPO3-dev] Modify tt_news regarding fe_users

Hi folks,
I need modify tt_news in a way that a news entry can be assigned to a fe user 
(so that every fe user can add news, and you can view them on this 
users "profile" page).
Is there an extension that does this?
If not - can you give me some hints, how to do this, cus I guess, modifying 
tt_news isn't the right way to do it.
