[TYPO3-dev] Error on update to 4.1.1

When updateing to Typo3 4.1.1 from 4.1 i get the following error (on 
frontend and backend):

TYPO3 Fatal Error: Extension key "sv" was NOT loaded! 
(t3lib_extMgm::extPath)

Any idea?
