[TYPO3-dev] set_no_cache is bad. What's next?

Oops, I forgot the browser thingy. Luckily I have written a browser for 
other projects, which I think is quite ok ;-)

Well, may be I have exaggerated the thing. But I think the main problem 
is to define a sane API. I'm sure the actual coding won't take long.
