[TYPO3-dev] flexArray2Xml()-Method within FE-Plugin and$GLOBALS['LANG']->charSet

Hi Masi,

as simple at it is. i had that problem some time ago
i tried tu use tv api class in a fe-plugin. Didn't remember that.
