The problem with this solution is because static_info_tables 2.0.1 
depends on this function. And when it came into t3lib_div then TYPO3 4.0 
- 4.0.2 installations would not be able to execute this code. But if we 
had an extension for it then this could be installed even into former 
TYPO3 versions.

So it would maybe be better to merge the main functions from tx_div into 
t3lib_div at a later time. Or we should have an extension from t3lib_div 
as well.
