Because the only responses I got from the core developers after announcing
my extension in this list were:

"What's it all about? Why dont' you just use ObTS?"

"TS is a bad architecture. You're just digging you're self into a hole!"

Since nobody of the core team seemed to be interested and only a few people
found the approach useful I just left the extension as is and didn't develop
it any further.

So I will try to "reanimate" it and keep the list informed about the
improvements.
Without having the whole thing tested thoroughly as an extension I would not
provide a patch anyway.
