[TYPO3-dev] strange behavior with turkish locale-settings

the quest goes on. It seems that if i change the locale-setting the page
change it's behavior every time. After endless changing and clearing cache
now i got my content back, even with tr_TR.UTF8
Only cal doesn't replace Markers, but this is a problem of cal.
Does php has problems with changing locale setting or am i only lucky with
getting content back ?
