[TYPO3-dev] How to overwrite a class.t3lib_function?

Hello all,
thank your for your anwser. I tried it out, but it doesn't work. Please have a 
look at these files. What's wrong or what is missing?

http://toms-toy.de/~tom/typo3/ext_localconf.php
http://toms-toy.de/~tom/typo3/class.ux_multilingual_alias.php

I've created the extension with the kickstarter. Both files are loaded but the 
function is not overwritten.
