[TYPO3-dev] RTE for Backendmodul

Hello List,

after a couple of day with google i am very frustrated. I seek a
method to activate the RTE in a Backend Modul.

I wish i can generate a whole form with File Link fields and all the
other Typo3 methods in the backendmodul.

Can anybody help me?

Is there no possibility to include the tca.php in a backendmodul?
