[TYPO3-dev] Shell script for creating T3X files

Thanks for the tips Franz and Masi :)

I was hoping to avoid doing this inside a full TYPO3 install, but its 
looking like a script that places a fresh checkout at typo3conf/ext and 
calls the EM may be my best option for the time being.

I'll post back once I get something working.
