[TYPO3-dev] RC1/2 jpg_quality ignored

Had the same problem. I solved it by adding this line
	$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['GFX']['im_jpg_quality'] = '80';
to my localconf.

Don't know why this can't be set with the install_tool ... :(
