[TYPO3-dev] Is there a way to ignore the Required Extensions Settings? 4.0 RC2

Hi Ingmar,

thanks for your answer, so I am optimistic to get a little "Susanne was 
too dumb for getting the requirements right"-Button ;)

I didn't even recognise that it doesn't check for installation. Perhabs 
I am just a little bit too much a follow the rules kind of human. If it 
requires installing, I install without looking right or left. But thanks 
for waking me up, so I can try to find some bugs next time. :)
