I made tm_contentaccess to simplify the BE - only those features, which
are absolute necessary are used and almost everything else can be
removed. Tm_contentaccess can simply standard page module and
TemplaVoila 0.4.
But because you need a frontend editor that lets people edit an element,
then submit it for review,
this makes things more complicated (I looked from a Typo3 4.0 site draft
and live workspaces, which makes thing more complicated).
Workflow is commonly BE-feature.
