[TYPO3-dev] Is there a way to ignore the Required Extensions Settings? 4.0 RC2

Hello there,

I was just a bit playing around with the latest release candidates. I 
exported from RC1 my current website and put all used extensions to 
required. Then I tried to import it in RC2 but it doesn't work, because 
the name of the skin-extension has changed and I found no way to 
override the required extensions so that Typo just ignores the requirement.

It is not important, that my import doesn't work, because I can export 
it again without the requirements. But I thought it would be nice if 
there was a little checkbox or something like that to ignore an 
requirement just for the case that an extension key changes or two 
extensions are merged to one. I hope you know what I mean.
