[TYPO3-dev] Notation of typo3-tags and locale-awareness

This thread discussed major problems with *all* extensions generating 
<LINK>-tags and issues with config-localed parsing:

What may be the solution for other developers then. Maybe we should 
proclaim the use/generation of lowercase typo3-tags and markers for 
editing/developing. What you think?

Here I quote Stanislas Rolland's bugtracker posting:
